That’s why we’re especially proud to share that three Beyond Faith Homecare locations have been recognized as 2025 SHPBest™ Home Health Patient Experience Award winners.
Our Wichita Falls location earned Premier Performer recognition, placing it among the Top 5%, while our Graham and Weatherford locations were recognized as Superior Performers in the Top 20%.
For Wichita Falls and Graham, there is even more to celebrate. Both locations have now received SHPBest recognition for four consecutive years: 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.

What Is an SHPBest Home Health Patient Experience Award?
The SHPBest award program was created by Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) to recognize home health agencies that consistently provide high-quality service and make the patient experience a priority.
The awards are based on performance measured through HHCAHPS, the Home Health Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey. SHP ranks eligible home health providers based on their overall scores, with agencies in the Top 5% receiving Premier Performer recognition and those in the Top 20% receiving Superior Performer recognition. Award recipients must also meet additional performance requirements across publicly reported survey domains.
For us, that is what makes these awards especially meaningful. They reflect something that matters deeply to every home health agency: the experience of the people receiving the care.
Wichita Falls Earns Top 5% Recognition for 2025
Our Beyond Faith Homecare team in Wichita Falls, Texas, has been named a 2025 SHPBest Premier Performer, placing the location among the Top 5% of eligible SHP home health providers based on patient-experience performance.
Even more meaningful is the consistency behind the recognition.
