At Beyond Faith Home Care, our Home Health Aides (HHAs) are an essential part of our care team, helping clients stay safe, supported, and comfortable in the place they call home. Under the guidance of our nurses and therapists, HHAs assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and light household tasks.

Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) at Beyond Faith Home Care provide skilled, compassionate medical care directly to patients in their homes. Guided by each patient’s individualized Plan of Care, our nurses assess health needs, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and work closely with physicians and therapists to ensure seamless, high-quality care.

Physical Therapists at Beyond Faith play a key role in helping patients regain mobility, strength, and confidence after surgery, illness, or injury. By creating customized exercise plans, improving gait and balance, and providing education on safe movement within the home, PTs support patients in rebuilding independence and reducing fall risk.

As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate closely with nurses, occupational therapists, physicians, and other clinicians to ensure coordinated, goal-driven care. This position is ideal for licensed PTs seeking flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and the meaningful impact that comes from helping Texans recover and thrive in the comfort of home.

Occupational Therapists help patients rebuild the everyday skills needed for confidence and independence at home. Through individualized rehabilitation plans—including adaptive equipment training, fine-motor strengthening, cognitive support, and recommendations to improve safety and accessibility—OTs empower patients to navigate daily life with greater ease and comfort.

As part of the Beyond Faith interdisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to support meaningful progress and long-term success for your patients. This opportunity is ideal for licensed OTs who value personalized care, flexible scheduling, and the fulfillment of helping Texans regain independence in the place they feel most at home.

Speech-Language Pathologists help patients overcome challenges with communication, cognition, and swallowing that may result from stroke, neurological conditions, or injury. Through thorough assessments and individualized treatment plans, SLPs support patients in strengthening their abilities, improving safety, and rebuilding confidence in daily interactions.

Working in close partnership with families and the broader Beyond Faith care team, you’ll play an essential role in helping Texans recover their voices, restore function, and enhance their quality of life—all from the comfort of home. This position is well-suited for licensed SLPs who value compassionate care, clinical excellence, and the privilege of making a meaningful impact every day.

Medical Social Workers (MSW) play a vital role in helping patients and families navigate the emotional, social, and practical challenges that come with complex health needs. MSWs provide guidance, counseling, and coordination of essential resources such as community programs, long-term care planning, financial assistance, and support services that promote stability at home.

As part of the Beyond Faith team, you’ll work closely with clinicians, caregivers, and family members to ensure each patient receives holistic, compassionate care. This position is ideal for MSWs who are passionate about advocacy, meaningful connection, and helping Texans move through their home health journey with confidence and dignity.
